A 25-year-old Belfast man is the latest victim of a so-called "punishment" attack. The man, who was shot once in each leg, is recovering in hospital. The shooting took place in the Albetta Parade area of east Belfast shortly before 10 p.m. on Thursday. The Lord Mayor of Belfast, Councillor David Alderdice, has condemned the shooting.
