Gardaí are investigating a shooting in a pub in Limerick city in which a man was injured.
The shooting happened at around 10 p.m. yesterday when a man with a handgun entered a pub on Mulgrave Street and fired at least one shot, hitting a member of staff.
The gunman then walked outside and fired another shot before leaving the scene on a motorbike.
The injured man was taken to Limerick Regional Hospital for treatment, where he is said to be in a stable condition.
