An Englishman who pleaded guilty to importing heroin worth Pounds 500,000 has been remanded in continuing custody by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for sentence next Thursday. John Walmsley (26), with a London address, admitted importing the heroin at Dublin Ferryport, Alexander Quay, on February 5th.

A Tullamore-born man, Fergus Duffy, was jailed for 10 years on June 4th in connection with the same consignment of heroin.
