A man was yesterday further remanded in custody until January 19th, charged with the murder of Mr Chris Cybulla (42), a New Age traveller. The charge arose out of a fatal stabbing in an alleged road rage incident in Coy Tipperary after two vehicles were involved in a minor road traffic accident.
Before Limerick District Court was Mr John James Kelly (36), also a New Age traveller, of the Commons, Curreeny, Kilcommon, Co Tipperary, a native of Ayrshire, Scotland.
Supt Sean Corcoran, Killaloe, asking for a remand in custody, said investigations were still ongoing.
