A man suffered face and head injuries during an assault yesterday in west Belfast. Police officers discovered the victim (23) on the ground at Moyard Parade just after 6am.
He was taken to hospital and is reportedly stable. A motive for the attack is being investigated and detectives appealed for anybody with information to contact them.
