Lehman Brothers Holdings filed a disclosure statement late yesterday, that charts out a course to exit bankruptcy, court documents showed.
Lehman, which filed the largest US bankruptcy case in history on September 15th, 2008, last month proposed a plan to end its bankruptcy case creating a new company called LAMCO to continue managing its long-term assets post-bankruptcy.
The company had filed its latest disclosure statement at the Southern District of New York bankruptcy court.
Lehman had delayed filing its disclosure statement for a month because it said it wanted to include the details from a report by Lehman's court-appointed examiner in the disclosure statement.
