Jasper - The Ku Klux Klan has been given permission to hold a rally in the east Texas town where a black man was last week chained to a pick-up truck and dragged to his death, officials said yesterday.

Deputy Sheriff Paul Brister said the Klan group had been granted a permit to parade for two hours on June 27th.
