Mbabane- Swaziland's King Mswati paid a fine yesterday to a delegation of teenage girls who accused him of violating chastity rules he endorsed for virgins.
"I accept my responsibility for breaching this custom," the king told about 300 teenage virgins at his palace yesterday. A week after the king endorsed the start of a five-year chastity period for all virgins in September, he announced he would marry Nontsetselelo Magongo (17), his second current fiancee who will become his tenth wife.
