The challenge by a Limerick radio station to the Independent Radio and Television Commission's decision to terminate its licence was adjourned yesterday in the High Court.

The case being taken by Radio Limerick One was not heard yesterday as there were no judges available. It is expected to be put in the list for next week and is likely to take at least three days.

On March 12th, Mr Justice McCracken granted leave for the radio station to challenge the IRTC's decision to terminate its licence to broadcast. The judge also granted an interim injunction restraining the IRTC from terminating the licence pending the hearing of the proceedings.
