Chisinau - Two people have been arrested in the Moldovan capital of Chisinau on suspicion of selling human remains from a hospital as dog meat, officials said yesterday. State television reported that prosecutors had started a criminal investigation after two beggars were detained late last week at a market with two bags of "suspicious" meat which tests later proved to be human remains.
