The €101.3 million offer by Avnet for Dublin-listed Horizon Technology will remain open until further notice.
In a statement today Horizon said that as of 3pm yesterday approximately 90.65 per cent of shareholders had accepted the €1.18 per share cash offer.
Horizon said the offer has now become unconditional and would remain open for acceptance until further notice.
