US: Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton's much-anticipated memoirs will be a "complete and candid account" of her White House years, according to her literary lawyer, Robert Barnett.
Such hype will ensure that Living History, which publisher Simon & Schuster has announced will appear in book shops on June 9th, will be one of the publishing sensations of the year.
The first printing of the 576-page book by the former First Lady will be a million copies, the publisher said, making it the firm's largest non-fiction hardcover first printing.
Mrs Clinton was paid an advance of $8 million and spent two years writing the book, which will sell in the US for $28.
Asked if it would include Mrs Clinton's version of the Monica Lewinsky scandal and the attempted impeachment of her husband, Mr Barnett promised it would be a "complete and candid" tale of her experiences in the White House.
