The identity of the seventeen-year-old girl who died when the car she was travelling in overturned on Co Clare early this morning has been released.
Charelle Howard of Oakwood Drive, Ennis, was a backseat passenger in a car which overturned after crashing at Shanaway Road, in Ennis at 1am.
Two other people are being treated in hospital for injuries that are said to be not life-threatening. She is the 204 thperson to be killed on Irish roads this year.
