"Blended learning" - a mix of being in class and learning remotely - will be a reality in schools in Ireland when they reopen in September, the Minister for Education Joe McHugh has said.

The Irish Times would like to hear from teachers and parents of children of all ages. What do you think about schools remaining closed until September? What has been your family’s experience of homeschooling over the past two months? How well did your school engage with “remote learning”? How has it affected your children socially, mentally and academically? Have you struggled to balance homeschooling with your own work? Do you think “remote learning” is sustainable into the next academic year? How may it affect your family? What other concerns would you have about the plan?

You can share your experiences and views using this form. Ideally we would like to use your full name, but if you would prefer to remain anonymous, please indicate this with your submission. An optional photograph of your family may be attached to the form.

A selection of responses may be published in The Irish Times.
