Where did you go to college? Queen's University Belfast and University of Western Ontario

Worst subject? Latin
Most inspirational teacher and why? At secondary school, Gwyneth Gotto and, at university, Evan Pantelouris; both were enthused by their subject and shared that excitement with me.
What's the best thing about the Irish educational system? The strong support and encouragement provided to students by parents and friends; the Irish Mammy is a major plus for the system
Worst thing? Emphasis on disciplinary content in order to pass exams and too little emphasis on development of extra-curricular life skills.
What song most reminds you of your school days? Rock around the clock - Bill Haley and the Comets.
