The Kerry Group has said that, contrary to some reports, its Denny products have not been de listed by any supermarket group in the Republic.
In a statement the company said that all Denny meat products were manufactured in Ireland.
"Furthermore, with regard to the specific references to the production of Denny meat pies at the Portadown plant, Kerry Foods wishes to point out that beef used in such products is prime Irish beef sourced from abattoirs in the Republic of Ireland," it concluded.
