Custody order lifted on Graf

BONN - A German court lifted a custody order yesterday against Mr Peter Graf, father of tennis star, Steffi Graf. Currently on trial for tax evasion, he is to remain in jail for the time being. His lawyer said prosecutors in Mannheim had appealed against the city court's decision and that a high court in Karlsruhe would have to make a final ruling.
