Gardaí have arrested a man in his twenties after carrying out a planned raid on a cannabis growing plant in Dublin yesterday.

Gardaí have arrested a man in his twenties after carrying out a planned raid on a cannabis growing plant in Dublin yesterday.

The operation took place at an address in the Neilstown area where approximately €33,000 worth of the drug was located.

The seizure included a number of cannabis plants as well the cultivated drug.

The man was arrested at the scene and was brought to Ronanstown garda station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
