In Wednesday's edition, a production error resulted in the truncation in the final sentence of the reportfrom the Irish Interchurch meeting in Dundalk. It should have read "The Catholic Primate, Dr. Sean Brady, said the debate prompted by Dominus Iesus had helped people recognise what the Christian Churches had in common, while acknowledging "there are a number of difficulties which must be addressed in serious ways".
Where errors occur it is the policy of The Irish Times to correct or clarify as soon as practicable.
