London - Experts predict that the chances of European Economic and Monetary Union (EMU) starting on time are on average 84 per cent, up from 83 per cent in August, a Reuters survey showed yesterday. Fifty economists, political scientists and think-tanks took part in the September survey of EMU expectations, carried out between September 11th and 15th.
