The Criminal Assets Bureau will apply to the High Court tomorrow for an order freezing property in Cork with an estimated value of £250,000.

The order relates to a house at Blarney, a Nissan car and two motorcycles. If granted, it will prevent them being sold or otherwise disposed of.

The bureau is seeking the order against Mr Thomas Homan, from Blarney, and his father, Mr James Homan, from Fair Hill, Cork.
