The Budget "tinkers with a failed system" and will only add to the despair of the growing numbers ground down by poverty, Sinn Fein ard comhairle member, Councillor Caoimhghin O Caolain, said.
Sinn Fein member from Dublin South West, Mr Sean Crowe, said the Budget would widen the gap between "the haves and the have nots".
