(You won't necessarily have to buy it yourself, incidentally, as Oddbins is about to start supplying Irish restaurants and caterers.) Raimat Abadia 1994, right, (outlets above, usually £7.99-£8.99), a blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Tempranillo, is great alternative to more run-of-the-mill reds, with oodles of interest and charm.
