Ulan Bator - Mongolian border guards shot dead a suspected cattle rustler from Russia and arrested three others, officials yesterday said. They said the four sneaked across the border on horseback into Mongolia's north-western Uvs province on Tuesday.
Mongolia says a growing number of Chinese and Russians are crossing the border illegally.
