London - The British Prime Minister, Mr Tony Blair, has indicated that he wants an all-Scottish panel of judges to hear any trial of the two Libyan suspects wanted for the Lockerbie bombing.
In a letter to Mr Tam Dalyell MP, Mr a member of parliament, Blair said London was involved in intensive discussions with the USnited States and Dutch governments to try the suspects before a Scottish court sitting in the Netherlands, rather than having an international panel.
