LONDON - Police made a plea to drivers urging them to remain calm yesterday after issuing a detailed description of a suspect alleged to have stabbed a 21 year old man in what is believed to be Britain's first "road rage" murder, writes Rachel Borrill.
Det Supt John Grace, of Kent police, who is leading the murder inquiry, described the attack as "motiveless" and said that the dead man's family was "in deep shock."
Mr Stephen Cameron was killed in front of his teenage girlfriend after becoming involved in a dispute with a driver in a Land Rover as the two vehicles left the M25 motorway in Kent, less than a mile from his home, on Sunday.
