COPENHAGEN - Danish police, worried by a shooting war between rival motorcycle gangs, have refused to give a provincial theatre company a firearms permit for its production of the musical Annie Get Your Gun.
The Danish news agency Ritzau said yesterday the company in the west Danish town, of Kolding planned to use real pistols firing blanks but police turned down the licence application.
