THE Kelly brothers of Napoleon, in Monkstown, have a new, range of autumn breads. These include an American sourdough, which is hand-blended with corn, a pesto bread with a sourdough starter, and others including sage and onion, dark rye with caraway, and modern must-haves like foccaccia and ciabatta. The breads are baked to the brothers" own recipes and are handmixed without additives or preservatives.
