A man who ran down one of Dublin's busiest shopping streets with his trousers around his ankles was fined £40 yesterday for indecent exposure. Jason Conlon (20), of Leix Road, Cabra, Dublin, pleaded guilty to the offence at Moore Street on May 21st. He also admitted another charge of interfering with a car at Catherine's Lane on July 21st.
Sgt Helen Deeley told Dublin District Court that Conlon and two youths were seen by gardai with their trousers around their ankles as they ran from Henry Street towards Moore Street. They were drunk and there were a lot of people around.
Judge Mary Collins fined Conlon £40 on the exposure charge, £40 for being drunk and £100 for interfering with the car.
