The Westin Dublin has revealed a €500,000 renovation of its premium suites in a redesign collaboration with Irish interior architecture firm Millimetre Design, which honours the hotel's heritage. The updated guest rooms, overlooking Trinity College and Westmoreland Street, are dressed with bespoke furniture and artwork, including pieces by Lola O'Donohue. Five-star fancy
The team at Mount Juliet in Kilkenny have been awarded a five-star status by Fáilte Ireland. Cottage culture
Ashford Castle has reopened its Cullen's at the Cottage restaurant for the 2019 season. Located on the grounds of the estate in Cong, Co Mayo, the thatched cottage offers diners a casual culinary experience designed by chef Philippe Farineau.
