The Sounds From A Safe Harbour festival returns to Cork city for its second year this September 14th-17th, welcoming music, dance, visual art, and conversation Lee-side. New Blue 

Hotel decorator extraordinaire Carleton Varney was recently enlisted to update the Newbridge Silverware Museum's restaurant. With design accolades at The Westbury in Brussels and London, The Waldorf Towers in New York, The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan and the Mount Washington Hotel in New Hampshire, Varney incorporated the signature Newbridge blue in a ceiling pinstripe at the new Café Carleton. Finnair will open a new year-round route to Nanjing, China from Dublin in 2018. The inaugural flight takes place May 13th, 2018, and will be operated with an Airbus A330 aircraft. finnair.com.
