1.Absolutely no contact.
2.A team is made up of seven people with at least three females on the pitch at all times.
3.A try is worth one point - but one by a female is worth three points. There are no conversions.
4.Each side has six "tackles" or "tags" to score a try. If there is no score after the sixth "tag", the opposition gain possession.

5.A defender is allowed to "dive" to pull a tag off an attacking player, as long as they do not make contact with the attacking player.
