Le Cap Neree has a magical setting on the rocks overlooking the Mediterranean near Theoule Sur Mer, about 45 minutes' drive from Nice airport and 25 minutes from Cannes.

The development is on the coast road linking Cannes and St Tropez, where the Esterel meets the Med.
The original development was built on the edge of the sea 20 years ago, and is now being updated for sale to a completely new clientele.
These days building is completely restricted on the shoreline, so older developments and villas offer the only opportunity to gain that all important water frontage.
Le Cap Neree is due for completion next May, in time for the summer season.
Prices start at €345,000 for a studio apartment with a 9sq m (97sq ft) terrace, rising to €1.25 million for large three/four-bedroom apartments.
One-bedroom apartments are priced from €390,000 while two-bedroom duplexes with terraces and garden cost €645,000; two/three-bedroom units are available at €970,000.
All the apartments have terraces, roof gardens or patio gardens and they also share a swimming pool, tennis courts and bathing platforms.
Parking is available at an addition €18,000 per space.
The development is a five-minute drive from the village of Theoule with its restaurants, beach and shops.
However, just outside the gates of Le Neree is the village of Le Trayas, which has a café and a shop.
