SalesResults:Just two of the 23 Dublin houses auctioned yesterday were sold under the hammer, though several more sold in post-auction negotiations. Gunne Residential sold a Victorian semi-detached house at 70 Leinster Road for €2.95 million - €300,000 over the AMV, while in Blackrock, Sherry FitzGerald sold a house in need of refurbishment at 41 Green Road for €1.45 million, also well ahead of its AMV.
Meanwhile in Sandycove, Savills HOK fetched over €3 million after auction for Seafield House on Burdett Avenue, higher than its €2.75 million AMV. Elsewhere the auctions were a washout with properties withdrawn all over the city. Of the 30 properties auctioned in the last week, just four have sold under the hammer.
