Paul King has been appointed Head of Property Fund Management with Irish Life Investment Managers.

He succeeds Sean O'Brien, who has joined Insigia Richard Ellis Gunne.

Mr King (50), a chartered surveyor with a degree in civil engineering, will be responsible for the management and development of a £1.2 billion (1.52bn) portfolio - the largest in the country.
