LOST Weekend, the Waterford-based high-end design shop, has opened a second super-sleek store in Blackrock, Co Dublin (01-2755818) – it’s near the Starbucks on the main street. The shop is crammed with beautiful things, some reduced to clear to make way for new stock.
A red wool Egg chair by Arne Jacobsen was €5,250 and is reduced by 24 per cent to €3,995. A set of six white leather, special edition, stackable Series 7 chairs, also by Arne Jacobsen, is reduced by 33 per cent from €8,880 to €5,970.
Theres a red lacquer Lily Chair down 30 per cent from €1,633 to €1,140 and a white laminate, chromed steel leg super-elliptical table, designed by Piet Hein, Bruno Mathsson and Arne Jacobsen, which is down 25 per cent from €2,840 to €2,125.
