The fastest selling houses in the Dublin area this autumn have been at Swords Downs, near Swords, where bookings have been taken for 210 units since September. Most of the sales were of terraced homes.
Two-bedroom units with 820 sq ft sold for £144,000, while threebedroom homes with 998 sq ft made £165,000. HOK Residential is now taking bookings for the last four houses in the current phase. They are all three-bed semis with 1,080 sq ft priced at £175,000. The Albany Homes development, located beside Swords village and the Motorola plant, will eventually have 450 houses.
