WITH the Georgian office market at its strongest for years, two more houses have come on the market. Lisney is quoting a guideline price of £450,000-plus for 49 Fitzwilliam Square, which is let to the O'Keeffe advertising agency at a rent of £37,000 per annum. The rent is currently under review for the accommodation, which extends to 3,010 square feet. There is also a small mews at the rear and parking for six cars.

The same agency is quoting in excess of £430,000 for 50 Fitzwilliam Square, which is let Belenos Publications, publishers of Business & Finance magazine, at a current rent of £33,000 per annum. The next review is due in 1999.

Both buildings go to auction on November 21st.
