Further evidence of the strength of the new homes market was provided last weekend when 30 apartments with a value of £16 million were sold in the Grattan Hall development off Malahide Road in north Dublin.

Ross McParland, the agency which is handling sales, is now taking bookings for the next phase of two-bedroom apartments which will cost from £155,000.

Tony Campbell of agents GPK also had a busy weekend, selling 42 apartments valued at £7.5 million at Parkgate Place, off Parkgate Street in Dublin 8.

Bookings are to be taken this weekend for another 40 units in a second block. Show apartments will be open from 12.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
