THE Irish and European estate agency is likely to secure over £2 million for a 5.5-acre greyhound stadium at Western Road, Cork, when it goes to tender on October 10th. Niall Cahalane describes the stadium as "bone of the last important greenfield sites within the boundaries of Cork city". It is likely to be of interest to hoteliers, as well as residential developers.
