Stars turn out for book launch

Homemade: Irresistible Recipes for Every Occasion, Clodagh McKenna's kitchen manual with recipes and tips for running an efficient kitchen as well as hosting great dinner parties, has been released in paperback. The launch party, a five-course summer dinner composed of recipes from the book, was held at Clodagh's Kitchen in Blackrock. Customers of the restaurant enjoyed an assortment of dips, ricotta and Parmesan filo tarts, crab linguine, pork stuffed with apples, and rosewater jellies, as well as impromptu after dinner songs from guests Brian Kennedy, Síle Seoige and Camille O'Sullivan. Homemade is published by Kyle Cathie, £14.99.
