The cosy surroundings of Hatch & Sons in the basement kitchen of the Little Museum of Dublin on St Stephen’s Green is the perfect venue for a monthly supper club combining a little bit of learning and a lot of eating. Arun Kapil of spice company Green Saffron kicks off the series next Thursday, January 16th with an evening combining Irish ingredients and Indian spices. There will be a Q&A with Hugo Arnold, spice tastings, and supper with drinks. The evening starts at 7pm and costs €35. Irish craft beers is the topic for February’s supper club (on the 20th), and Irish goat’s cheeses will follow on March 20th. Bookings are being taken on 01-6610075. Hatch & Sons is now opening until 9pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
