Win luxurious gourmet breaks at BrookLodge and Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa

Plus you are invited to an exclusive taste of Italy, with a five-course menu, cocktails and wine pairings, at the five-star InterContinental hotel

The luxurious Seasons restaurant at the InterContinental hotel in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, takes on a distinctly Italian flavour this month, as executive head chef Alberto Rossi brings a taste of his native country to the menu. Members of The Irish Times Food & Drink Club are invited to an exclusive subscribers’ event with dinner and drinks. An Evening at Rossi’s, featuring a five-course tasting menu with wine and cocktail pairings, will take place on Thursday, September 21st at 6.30pm.

The regional Italian menu will include an antipasti selection served family-style, followed by primi, main course and dessert, with choices available at each course. A welcome drink will be served as well as wine pairings and a dessert cocktail.

Chef Rossi has personally selected the dishes for the menu and will present each dish and talk about its history and context. Tickets for this exclusive event are limited. To reserve your place click here.
