A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of mother-of-two Lisa Thompson (52) at her north Dublin home earlier this year.
Ms Thompson’s remains were discovered in her home on Sandyhill Gardens in Ballymun on May 10th.
Brian McHugh (37), of Cairn Court, Poppintree, Ballymun, appeared at Dublin District Court on Wednesday charged with Ms Thomspon’s murder.
Det Garda Nicola Duffy told Judge Teresa Kelly that Mr McHugh made no reply after being cautioned.

The accused man was granted free legal aid and was remanded in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court on July 20th.
A woman arrested earlier this week during the investigation was released pending preparation of a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
