SX3, a Northern Ireland business services firm, has won a contract to provide a software system to help ease the problems of Hong Kong's congested housing market. The Hong Kong Housing Society has chosen Sx3 to provide a software system to help manage its 54,000 properties throughout the area. Neither party would comment on the value of the new contract. The Housing Society has seen a rapid rise in people seeking accommodation in the Chinese territory because of continued immigration from China and the ageing population.
