Fine Gael has again denied that it ran down the time allotted for the e-commerce Bill in the Dail on Thursday. The party said last night that it had not engaged in any filibuster tactics. A report in yesterday's Business This Week said an apparent filibuster by Fine Gael had put at risk the chances of the Bill being passed into law before the Dail breaks up for the summer.
