Esat Telecom is to set up a separate residential division, in advance of the Irish telecommunications market being fully liberalised in December. The group has appointed Ms Lucy Gaffney as managing director of the new dvision. Ms Gaffney is currently marketing director with Esat Telecom and a director and board member of 98 FM.
