DCC, a quoted distribution services group, has brought in specialist food industry investment bank Stamford Partners to explore options for its food division, the Sunday Times reports. Among options being considered is selling the unit called DCC Food & Beverage, which includes the Robert Roberts tea and coffee brand, health food brand Kelkin and wine distributor Findlater.

Court grants Dunne application

The South African high court has granted an application brought by developer

Sean Dunne

to seal material relating to family law proceedings arising from the breakdown of his first marriage, the

Sunday Independent

reports.

The paper says lawyers for Mr Dunne brought the ex parte application before the resumption of proceedings being brought by his present wife, Gayle Killilea, against Christopher Lehane, the official assignee overseeing Mr Dunne's Irish bankruptcy.

Ms Killilea is challenging the court’s decision to grant Mr Lehane an order preventing her from selling her interest in the Lagoon Beach Hotel or the company behind it.
