A fully let office building, Parkview House at Beech Hill Office Campus in Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, has been sold for just under the €1.35 million asking price by joint agents WK Nowlan Property and David Gill.

The 384sq m (4,138sq ft) block with 15 car-parking spaces is producing a rent roll of €79,625.

The ground floor is rented by O'Leary Tucker chartered accountants; the first floor is occupied by the Irish Rugby Union Players' Association while the third floor is held by David Coyle.
