A redevelopment opportunity has come on the market at Brookfield Terrace, Blackrock, Co Dublin, with the opportunity to develop a three-storey office building extending to 1,107sq m (11,915sq ft).

Agent Knight Frank is guiding €1.25 million for the existing two-storey mid-terrace office building, Brookfield House, which comes with 15 surface car-parking spaces on an overall site of 0.2 of an acre (0.08 of a hectare).
